Create sections within your club (e.g. Seniors 2026, Tuesday Roll-up) with their own admins, members, and season dates. Invite players via code or email. Each section has its own calendar showing matches, events, cups, and socials in a single monthly view with integrated weather forecasts.
Schedule home or away matches against opponent clubs. Set the date, tee time, arrival time, course, and tee colour. Add a food menu so players know what's being served. Notes and reminders keep everyone informed.
Players state their availability (available, unavailable, or maybe) with optional notes and dietary requirements. Admins see a full roster of responses and can send automated reminder emails to non-responders a configurable number of days before the match.
A drag-and-drop pairing board lets admins assign available players to match groups. Handicaps and strokes received are calculated automatically based on the match format, course, and handicap allowance. Set individual tee times and starting holes (1st or 10th) per group.
Three scoring methods are supported:
